A flat rate of $9 will be charged on all orders under $99 otherwise free shipping applies.
We use Courier Post and ship 99% of orders on same day as order is received, however please allow 3-5 days for goods to be shipped, as sometimes, due to high amount of orders on some products, we may experience delays, For the safe delivery of your order we prefer to ship goods to a business or home where there is someone to receive the parcel .PLEASE NOTE: Check your Package carefully for any signs of damage, if goods are damaged in transit – DO NOT sign for them, once you have signed for goods, the couriers will not honor any claims. We pack goods exceptionally well and have very few claims for damaged goods. There will not be a problem having goods replaced if damage is noted to the courier prior to signing..
